How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Stompt → Cancel Subscription.

Why isn't the app catching my attempts?

Stompt watches for the movement that means an attempt happened, so it knows where to trim a clip. Make sure your phone is propped up with a clear view of the skating area, and that the camera can see your full body from pop to landing. Good lighting helps too—avoid shooting directly into the sun. Note that Stompt does not work out which trick you did: you choose the trick you're working on before you film.

How do I delete my videos or account?

To delete your entire account and all associated data, open the YOU tab and choose Delete account. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Note that it does not cancel your App Store subscription—cancel that separately in iOS Settings.

The CLEAR control on a session removes bail footage from your phone, but it does not remove copies already uploaded to the cloud. To have specific clips deleted from cloud storage by hand, email support@stompt.app. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what each one removes.

Which iPhones are supported?

Stompt requires iOS 26 or later, which means iPhone 11 and newer. Older devices don't have the processing power needed to analyse attempts on-device.

Can I use Stompt offline?

Yes. Filming and all on-device analysis work offline—no video frame is ever sent anywhere to be analysed. Clips upload to your private cloud storage once you're back online. Note that uploading is storage, not a restore feature: Stompt can't put your library back on a new or reset phone, and it doesn't sync between devices.

Does Stompt count flips or name my trick?

No. Stompt does not count board flips, does not identify which trick you did, and does not decide whether you landed it. You pick the trick you're working on before you film, and you confirm make or bail yourself in review—so your progress reflects what you actually did, not a machine's guess. What is automatic is spotting attempts, trimming the clips, and measuring how your body moved.
